1. Valid drivers license. Must be a minimum of 25.

2. All cancellations must be in writing. The reservation deposit of $ 300.00 is non-refundable if canceled 30 days or less prior to departure date. All cancellations are charged a $ 100.00 fee. When you reserve with a charge card, we wait to schedule you on our calendar until we receive your authorization from and then the specific dates will be reserved for you. Rentals are on a first come first serve basis. Reservation deposits are deducted from the rental balance. At time of departure or sooner, the full rental payment is due plus the $ 500.00 Security Deposit. If you are out of the country then the security deposit is $ 1000. We accept Cashiers check, cash, VISA/Master card and Discover. No personal checks accepted at time of departure. Charges that may be deducted from the security deposit are: damage, loss of equipment, refueling, over mileage, extra days, and cleaning. Damaged Windshields are always the responsibility of the renter.

3. A $ 69.00 charge is always applicable on a Class C for sanitizing of holding tanks (chemicals, biodegradable toilet paper and exterior wash. On a Class A the charge is $ 89.00. No refunds will be made for early returns, late pick up, or unused miles. At time of departure, an open credit card authorization is taken for all rentals. This is only used, if damages exceed the $ 500.00 security deposit on a Class C and $ 1000.00 on a Class A. There is a $ 1000 Sec. Deposit for out of the Country clients, in case of an accident for Insurance deductible or extra cleaning, fuel, propne, over miles or dumping, and the interior is clean which includes: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kitchen sink, toilet, sink, shower, carpet, floors and in a undamaged condition.

4. Insurance: The Renter agrees to maintain Auto Insurance during the term of this rental agreement, providing the Owner, the renter, and any other person using or operating the rental vehicle with the following coverage: (a) Bodily injury and property damage liability coverage, (b) Personal injury protection, no fault, or similar coverage where required. ( C )

Underinsured coverage where required, and (d) Comprehensive and Collision damage coverage extending to the rental vehicle. Renters Insurance will provide at least the minimum limits of coverage required by the financial responsibility laws of the state where the loss occurs. Because the renter is providing Auto Ins. , Agents insurer is not. In states where the law requires Agents insurer to provide Insurance, Agents insurer will provide excess insurance only, up to the minimum limits required by the financial responsibility laws. The renters Insurance required to provide applies to claims of bodily injury and property damage only. Agent insurers policy contains exclusions, conditions, and limitations applicable to anyone claiming coverage. Renter agrees to cooperate with Agents insurer if any claim is made. Agents insurers insurance applies only in the United States and Canada. Where permitted by law, renter rejects uninsured, underinsured, supplemental, personal injury protection, and no-fault coverage. Where Agents insurer is required to provide such coverage renter is afforded the minimum limits required by law. Any breach of any part of this Agreement will void any Insurance Coverage.

5. House kits are available at $ 45.00 per person. This includes: dinner plate, cereal bowl, coffee mug, 1 spoon , 1 fork, 1 knife, 1 bath towel, 1 pillow, 1 pillow case, sheet and blanket for 1 bed, 1 drinking glass. You also get in 1 kit, a dish towel, potholder, can opener, spatula, large spoon, large fork, large knife, small knife, 1 frying pan, and a large stock pan. If you order more than 1 kit, you would only receive 1 frying pan, and 1 stock pan, 1 dish towel, 1 potholder, 1 can opener, 1 spatula, 1 large spoon, 1 large fork, 1 large knife, and a small knife. The motor home always has a toaster and a coffee maker free of charge.

6. Free mileage per week 1000 and 100 free per day. The second 1000 miles is charged at .32 on a Class C and on a Class A .38. If you go over the second 1000 miles the charge is .50 a mile. Class A Only: Free Generator Use, up to 4 hours per day. Over hours add $3 per hour. There is no Charge for Class C Generator.

7.Check out times are Mon-Sat. 9 a.m. if possible, otherwise by noon or later. Check in times are Mon-Sat. 9 a.m.-11 p.m. Closed Sunday. Special Sunday Motorhome Pickup and Dropoff costs $75 each, and must be pre-arranged. Additional charge of $25.00 if before or after Business hours. Business hours are from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Permission is required if traveling to Canada.

Travel to extreme hot areas during the summer months such as Death Valley is prohibited. In the Winter months traveling in or to heavy snow areas is prohibited. Units are not equipped with snow chains. No smoking in the Motor home and towing allowed only with special permission at a cost of $75. No towing trailer over 3000lbs. Sorry no Pets. If evidence of animal hair is found in the motor home the $500.00 Sec. Deposit will be forfeited.

8. The motor home is not be used in off road conditions, only on maintained roads. Adults and children must wear seat belts at all times. Children under the required weight by law must be placed in a child restrain seat. We do not offer car seats. Renter should bring one. Remember we are 1 hr. ahead of Las Vegas, Nevada

A $ 49.00 charge is always applicable for sanitizing of holding tanks(includes chemicals, biodegradable toilet paper and exterior washing. No refunds will be made for early returns, late pick ups. At time of departure, an open credit card authorization is taken for all rentals. This is only used, if damages exceed the $ 500.00 security deposit, in case of an accident for deductible. The security deposit is refunded within(10) working days or sooner, if the unit is returned complete with all equipment and the interior is clean, which includes fridge, microwave, stove, oven, kitchen sink, toilet, sink, and shower stall, floor and in a undamaged condition.

Trailer rentals require a 2" reciever rated to tow the rental trailer, and a 7 pin light plug and brake unit. Equalizer hitch is provided free of charge.

This covers you for your responsibility to the rental travel trailer. You are advised not to sign a collision damage waiver, if you have collision insurance on your own vehicle. Check with your own Insurance Co. You will be responsible for the $ 1500 deductible, if you choose the CDW. Collision Damage Waiver does not cover damages caused by striking overhead objects, and or undercarriage, tires, wheels, hub caps, upholstery. If carelessness, renter shall be responsible if hitting an object because of insufficient clearance whether height or width. The renter is 100% liable. Collision Damage Waiver is not insurance. Cost $14.00 a day. We do not offer Supplemental Insurance Coverage on Trailers.

Check In times are Mon-Sat. 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. If the Trailer is returned after 11 a.m. there is a $ 25.00 an hour charge. Closed Sundays or $75.00 each for Sunday pick up or drop off or Holidays. Special trailer pick up and drop off must be pre-arranged and will be charged an additional $ 25.00 per hr. after or before business hours. Business hours are from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. In the winter months traveling in or heavy snow areas is prohibited. Units are not equipped with snow chains. No smoking and no pets in trailers. If evidence of animal hair is found in the trailer, the $500.00 security deposit will be forfeited. A 3 day minimum rental is required. Remember we are 1 hr. ahead of Las Vegas, Nevada.
